Registered Social Worker

Do you feel disconnected and alone as you journey through life? Are your emotions overwhelming right now? Does it feel like the isolation, anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm are a barrier to living a whole and connected life? Maybe you’ve experienced some kind of trauma, sexual abuse, or depression and you are at a point where you are ready to move forward and leave those experiences in the past. There are many reasons why you might be here reading this, but you are at a place where you are seeking support to feel better.

I have years of experience working with people who have been impacted by trauma and sexual abuse. Through our work together, we can discover the best tool to support your healing, whether it be Cognitive, Somatic, or Emotional processing. All of these techniques will lead you towards better understanding yourself, and wholeness. Your symptoms may be minimal, or overwhelming, but however you experience these symptoms, I invite you to work with me.

I hope to bring more joy and positive experiences into your life. You may have had something taken from you, you deserve to move forward in life, you deserve to feel joy, and you deserve to experience life in the moment and be at peace.
