I believe that one of the bravest things you can do is decide you don’t have to do it alone.
I work with individuals and couples so that they can understand themselves in a new and positive way. My approach entails creating a safe, open, and engaging space that facilitates self-discovery.
I am an intern student completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I have a bachelor’s degree in Science. My scientific background and 20 years of experience in healthcare have given me the understanding of the holistic approach needed to look at biological and mental processes.
I work hard to create an environment where you are an active participant in your own therapy. I value trust as an integral part of the therapeutic relationship. I work to build and maintain the trust of my clients so that it can be a space for you to show up fully.
I am passionate about assisting individuals and couples to achieve their goals through empowerment and strength-based approaches. I seek to understand my clients from their view of healing and offer an environment where they can communicate their thoughts and feelings. I have an interest in assisting individuals who are navigating concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief, stress, burnout, trauma, and self-esteem.
