Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. At times, things can feel uncertain, overwhelming, or stuck—whether in your relationships, your work, or within yourself. If you’re here, you may be ready for something to shift, or simply looking for a space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own.

My approach is collaborative, warm, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, while also gently challenging unhelpful thinking patterns or behaviours that may be keeping you stuck. Therapy with me is practical—we’ll explore what’s going on, build insight, and develop tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. While I keep things professional, I also show up as a real person—this might include a bit of humour, occasional sarcasm, or the odd swear word!

I support children, teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of the patterns we struggle with—like overthinking, emotional reactivity, or disconnection—develop for a reason, but over time can begin to hold us back. Together, we’ll work to better understand these patterns and create meaningful, lasting change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy, while tailoring each session to your needs. I also work with children (ages 8+) using creative, play-based approaches to support emotional regulation, communication, self-esteem, and confidence. I also offer support around neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD.

Outside of therapy, you’ll likely find me cooking or baking for my loved ones, spending time with my two dogs (Kizzy and Lucky), playing pickleball, or planning my next trip. I have a strong love for travel and have explored over 28 countries, which has deepened my appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and ways of life.
