Serhiy Fenyuk
Psychotherapist & Clinical Counsellor
You are born with a natural capacity for clarity, presence, and aliveness. As life unfolds, you adopt beliefs, patterns, and protective reactions that help you survive and make sense of this complex world. Eventually, these mental habits get in the way of satisfying relationships and the life you want. You can't change your history, but you can choose how you respond to it. Move from automatic, unconscious reactions to being intentional and present—from life happening to you, to creating the life you want, one step at a time.
Real, lasting change doesn't happen at the surface. It requires going to the core; not just understanding yourself intellectually, but feeling and working with what's actually running beneath the surface. To go through this life-changing process, I offer you guidance through a psychological map of your inner terrain so that you can release what no longer serves you, grow personally, and live the life you want.
My philosophy as a therapist is that I do my best work when I am fully present as a whole person, not hiding behind a professional role. I believe this way of being leads to more real and unfiltered conversations.
My path to psychotherapy has not been linear since university. A lot of what I know and understand has been informed by lived experiences—bumps and bruises collected through entrepreneurial and corporate lives. I'm also a husband and father of two. Outside of therapy, I enjoy playing squash, travelling through Europe, listening to electronic music, and, of course, keeping the household chaos in check with two small children around.
If you are tired of going in circles and know something needs to change but aren't quite sure where to start, let’s connect.
