Do you feel "pulled" towards making a change but don't know where to start? Thinking to yourself I don't feel okay but don't know why? Needing a space to process life and unexpected events thrown your way? You have a variety of strengths and gifts that are unique to you. Sometimes, they can be hard to see because of past experiences or a present issue. The impact of navigating life as an athlete or living with mental health conditions can leave us in a vicious cycle of worrying about what's next and being on high alert in the present moment. I know this firsthand as a mental health practitioner and as an athlete living with a genetic heart condition.

Together we can explore: what would it be like to bring more conscious thought into your daily routine? To grieve the losses and celebrate the happy moments? To have a deeper connection to yourself and have the tools to deal with future obstacles?

Whether you're seeking support for yourself, navigating different stressors as an athlete, or working through the news of your medical diagnosis or that of a loved one, I'm here to help. Working from a holistic lens, I offer an integration of spirituality and therapeutic interventions to meet your specific goals. Areas of interest include: Sports wellness & performance, sports injury, fitness competitions, genetic conditions, ARVC, life transitions, self-discovery, depression & anxiety.

I realize that seeking therapy is a big step; I applaud your courage and welcome you to reach out to me through email, phone, or booking a consult. I provide a safe space for you to be heard and validated while working towards stepping into the best version of yourself. As Ram Dass says, “we are all just walking each other home.”
